3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Engage with sincerity and respect in accordance with Islamic etiquette.
• Keep your wali and masjid informed as required by platform design.
• Refrain from sharing explicit, unlawful, or deceptive content.
• Not misuse the platform for casual dating or non-marital intent.

4. Masjid & Wali Oversight

By using QalbConnect, you acknowledge and agree to the following oversight structure:

• Masjid admins may approve or reject user accounts.
• Walis are informed of key activities and may access certain interactions.
• Admins may review conversations only when a concern is reported.
• Abuse or misconduct may lead to suspension or removal.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use QalbConnect for haram interactions or non-marriage intentions.
• Harass, mislead, pressure, or exploit other users.
• Attempt to bypass wali or masjid supervision.
• Share another user’s private information without consent.
• Use bots, automated tools, or scraping methods.

6. Content Monitoring & Reporting

QalbConnect provides tools to report abusive behavior. When a concern is flagged:

• Masjid admins may review messages between the involved parties.
• False accusations are recorded and may affect account standing.
• Verified abuse leads to suspension or permanent removal.

While we strive for safety, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee the conduct or intentions of any user and encourage involving your wali throughout the process.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require subscription or payment. By subscribing, you agree that:

• All billing is processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
• Refunds follow our posted Refund & Billing Policy.
• Your subscription may auto-renew unless canceled.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate Islamic conduct guidelines, Terms & Conditions, or community safety rules. Reasons may include:

• Repeated misconduct or harassment.
• Providing false information.
• Evading wali or masjid oversight.
• Misuse of matching or communication tools.

9. Liability Disclaimer

QalbConnect provides a platform for introductions but does not guarantee compatibility, successful matches, or marriage outcomes. We are not responsible for:

• User actions or misrepresentations.
• Decisions made by masjid admins or walis.
• Offline interactions outside our supervision.
• Technical interruptions or data loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including branding, design, algorithms, and features—is the property of QalbConnect and may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
